About
A culture explorer: I started to question and show curiosity about the culture difference among people back my young age, especially how it affects the behaviour change. The connection among societal issues initiated my drive towards humanity and user-centred design.
An insight-driven researcher: With the studying and practice of Economics and Design, I believe human-driven insights are the foundation to transformation, technology is the tunnel and systemic thinking for the process is the bridge.
A challenge-driven service designer: I care about how technology and innovation changes behavior during the service/product process in a complex system. My passion lies in humanity, which excites me to meet new people to understand and explore various contexts and narratives. I enjoy the exchange of knowledge and the collaboration with others, especially in an interdisciplinary team.
Over the past 3 years, I have contributed to digital transformation, community engagement, policy making and creating solutions for social connection in public sector. For private sector, I have junior experience in product and project management across multiple channels, market research to identify consumer’s needs, and customer experience in Tibet out of my curiosity towards Tibetan Buddhism and the new business model.
I am a traveler, cook and Chinese chess lover.
